1.2 To use Pixel TV+, you must access the internet with your device and provide us with the current valid Payment Method accepted by Pixel TV+. After you choose a membership plan, Pixel TV+ is authorized to charge your Payment Method monthly unless you cancel your membership before your billing date. If your Payment Method can’t be charged by Sastra Film before the end of the membership billing date, your membership will end. And you can resume your new membership at any time.
1.3 Pixel provides three different plans for users such as Basic Plan, Standard Plan and Premium Plan. However, we reserve the right to change, or offer special promotion with different conditions. We will inform you of any change through notification in electronic form via our App and official Facebook Page.
1.4 Film membership is offered for 18 years old adults and above. If your age is under 18 years old, you have to use the service under adult’s consent.
We may have a special promotion sometimes. Ex: we offer free coins for first-time user login. The offer eligibility is determined by Pixel and we reserve the rights to any changes. We do have an official to inform users through notification in the form of our App and official Facebook Page.
3.1 Billing For ages of your billing cycle will depend on the type of subscription plan that you chose when you signed-up to subscribe to the plan. And your payment will be charged based on your real time subscription in USD currency according to which plan you choose such as Basic, Standard or Premium plan. And we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership periods or unwatched content after you make payment using your own Payment Methods.
3.2 Payment Methods To use Pixel service you must provide one or more Payment Methods. You authorize us to charge any Payment Method associated with your account in case your primary Payment Method is declined or no longer available to us for payment of your subscription fee. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method.
3.3 Cancellation You can cancel your membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your billing period. You can cancel the plan through the website and mobile phone depending on what method you used when you subscribed to the plan. Ex: If you subscribe to the plan via website, you have to cancel through the website, if you subscribe to the plan via account on mobile phone, you have to cancel through your mobile phone. And you still can continue your subscription immediately after cancellation.
3.4 Price and Subscription Changing See-through in some conditions, we may change our subscription plans and the price of our service provided. We will notify you at least one month before any change is effective. If you do not wish to accept the price or subscription change, you can cancel your membership before the change takes effect.
Pixel offers a hybrid platform combining subscription and ad-supported models. Our extensive content library features movies, TV shows, children's programs, anime, and live TV channels. With a strong focus on localization, we provide content in Cambodian language through dubbing and subtitling.
5.1 The Intellectual Property Law of Cambodia protects the copyright of all Pixel content. You are only permitted to view our content for personal use only. Pixel material cannot be used for commercial or public display. Additionally, you are not permitted to sell, distribute, publish, or alter anything that would interfere with Pixel's service.
5.2 Pixel's content can only be utilized in the nations where we have a license to provide it.
5.3 Pixel offers the quality in HD 720, Full HD 1080 and Ultra HD 4K. However, the quality could be auto and different according to your internet speed.
5.4 You accept full responsibility for any action that takes place through your Pixel membership account after creating one. For your own protection, you shouldn't provide anyone the password or the specifics of the payment method to others.
5.5 Pixel service might not always be error-free or uninterrupted, however we will occasionally update and promptly fix any issues for our members. Please use our customer service to contact us if you need any help.
5.6 The applicable laws of Cambodia will govern the terms and conditions. We maintain the right to periodically alter and modify the terms and conditions. We'll notify you through our Facebook page and app.
